Enrollment at Multiple Institutions
If you have previously taken a dual enrollment course at another institution:
- 你 必须 request that an official transcript is 发送到 365bet so that we may verify your continued 申请DEG的资格. 你r account will not be updated until your transcript is 收到了.
If you are currently registered for dual enrollment with another institution in the 与365bet同学期:
- Notify the 365bet 双录取 office as soon as possible if you did not indicate this on your admission application or returning student form.
- 你 必须 request a transcript from your additional institution(s) be 发送到 govnow@elahomecollection.com.
Which institution do I select on my TN 双录取 Grant application?
- 如果你正在 两个或更多 课程在一个在 同样的学期, list that institution on your dual enrollment grant application.
- 如果你正在 一个 的课程 一个 course at another institution in the 同样的学期, 选择阿卜苏 除非 that other institution is Bethel University, University of Tennessee Martin, Columbia State, TCAT Dickson, or Welch College. If enrolled with those instititions, list them on your grant application.
- Notify each dual enrollment office that you need a 联合体协议. A 联合体协议 allows the institution handling your grant funding to share additional grant funding with your other institution (if applicable).
I listed the wrong institution on my dual enrollment grant application - help!
- If you need to change your institution on your grant application, login to your TSAC
account and submit a change of institution request:
- Click here to log into your TSAC 学生 Portal.
- Enter the username and password you created. If you need help accessing your student account, please call the TSAC Helpline at 1-800-342-1663.
- Under the "金融援助 Summary" section, you will see "Academic Year" and a list of program names and the institutions.
- 你 will see a "Transfer School" button for each program. 你 may click on any button and update the institution which will update all programs.
- Select the correct institution from the drop down box. Click "Process Transfer Request".
- Click on "View Financial Summary" on the top right hand corner to return to your student 门户网站. 你 should now see the correct institution listed under the "Grants and Scholarship Program Information" section.
- Click here to log into your TSAC 学生 Portal.
For students enrolled in dual enrollment classes at 两个或更多 institutions in the 同一学期:
The student is enrolled at Austin Peay State University as a dual enrollment student and will also attend the Host school as a dual enrollment student. 365bet将授予， disburse, and assure that the student is in compliance with policies and procedures. The Host school will verify enrollment, number of credit hours enrolled, and any changes 双重入学状态.
学生- I 必须 be enrolled and accepted for admission as a dual enrollment student at 365bet and the host institution, and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
- I authorize the release of information to and by the 首页 and Host schools as needed to determine grant eligibility. This information might include GPA, course schedule, transcripts, account information and other information needed to determine eligibility.
- I will be responsible for any refunds or repayments that might be required if I drop 或者退课.
- I 必须 abide by any policies and procedures regarding financial aid and/or Consortium Agreement policies and procedures at 365bet and the Host school.
- I understand that 双录取 Grant funds will be disbursed directly to my 首页 school according to all Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship Program guidelines.
- it is my responsibility to pay all remaining charges due the 首页 and Host schools.
By submitting the online admission application or returning student form, the student agrees to the terms and conditions of this 联合体协议 and states that, to the best of their knowledge, all information contained therein 是准确的. The student understands that failure to comply with any of the conditions of this agreement could result in the agreement being canceled.
The 365bet Office of 双录取 will submit consortium agreements to the Host institutions for students who have listed 365bet as the 首页 institution on their 双录取 Grant Applications and indicate that they are also enrolled at the Host institution.
If you listed another institution as 首页 when filling out the TSAC 双录取 Grant Application, please request a consortium agreement from that institution be 发送到 govnow@elahomecollection.com.
