学生 requesting a fee adjustment due to an advising error must submit an appeal form on 行. A memo on University letterhead from the advisor with a detailed account of the situation that led to the student's incorrectly being enrolled in a course must be sent to the Vice Provost for Enrollment and 学生的成绩, Ellington 205.
